Knowledge of proper operation of grounds maintenance tools.
Required Licenses
Valid drivers license required if operation of a licensed vehicle is necessary to perform the job duties.

The job is considered moderate in physical demand. Must constantly stand, walk, bend at the neck, grasp, use of dominant hand; frequently lift and carry up to 10 pounds, push and pull up to 20 pounds, kneel/squat, bend at the waist, reach waist to shoulders and below the waist and perform repetitive hand and arm motions; occasionally sit, lift up to 40 pounds, ascend or descend natural slopes and uneven grounds of the property and reach above the shoulders.
Mental Functions
Must be able to remember simple task assignments given at the beginning of a period and extending several days.
Work Environment
The work is primarily outdoors with continuous exposure to the seasonal weather conditions and the associated fluctuations in temperature, rain and wind.
