Easy Way to Fight Weight Loss and Obesity

We know that in order to lose weight, you have to be at some sort of calorie deficit. It is simple as that. You will lose weight if you consume less than your use. So with this principle, we would think that fasting would be a great means of dieting because you will be at a great calorie deficit while still having the same calorie use assuming you continue doing the same activities every day. The truth is, fasting can be effective to some degree or another. It all depends how far you are really taking this process. If you are going to the point of starvation, then fasting will not work. It will simply put too much strain on your body, and it will begin to shut down. As it is shutting down, it goes into fat storing mode. This means that most anything that you eat from that point forward, if not used immediately, will be converted into fat. This fat will then be stored where ever the body feels is the most fitting.

If by fasting you mean cutting your caloric intake moderately, then the fasting for weight loss diet will work for you. Coffee is one of the world?s most consumed beverages. Coffee Arabica that have higher quality and quantity of active ingredients responsible for the efficacy of green coffee extract weight loss in fighting obesity and weight loss. Green coffee has high content in polyphenols, a naturally occurring compound. Study found Polyphenols have a potent inhibitory activity against one of the major enzymes in the pancreas, ?pancreatic lipase?. This enzyme, like other lipases, is involved in breaking down fat molecules, but its primary function is to break down triglycerides (TGs). TGs, the main constituents of vegetable oil and animal fats, are formed by combining glycerol with three molecules of fatty acids. The body stores unused calories in formed of triglycerides. Triglycerides molecules cannot be absorbed through intestinal lining without undergoing hydrolysis first, so special enzyme is required to break them down. Pancreatic lipase breaks down triglycerides into smaller molecules that can be readily absorbed through the intestine. Once absorbed, these smaller molecules can be use as a source of energy or converted back into triglycerides and stored in the body tissue. By inhibiting the activity of pancreatic lipase enzyme on triglycerides, we prevent the accumulation of fat in body tissue and promote the release of stored body fat and its conversion into energy.

For instance, a study by conducted by Queen Margaret University in UK found that compounds in extract of green coffee beans have an inhibition of pancreatic lipase enzyme with the percentage inhibition ranging from 12% to 62%. Another study involving overweight volunteers showed that those who drank coffee containing green coffee beans lost close to 12 pounds at the end of study period (approximately 12 weeks), meanwhile those who drank instant regular coffee showed no significant weight loss. In conclusion, pure extract of green coffee beans seems to prevent the absorption of fat and accumulation in the body. As a result, it promotes the release and conversion of stored body fat into energy.
